·     In order to offer the best organization, it is mandatory to book online.

·      It is easy to book one or more tickets, selecting the day and time of the visit.

·     Large groups can request personalized visits with one week’s advance notice.

·      Remember to bring the booking confirmation email!

·      To access the guided tour, booking is required, made online. You can buy the entrance ticket directly at the reception desk.

·     The visit lasts about an hour and takes place with the accompaniment of a guide. The paths on the staircase limit the passage, for this reason the groups are composed of 13 people.

·     In case of bad weather, for the safety of visitors, visits can be suspended without notice.

·     Do not leave your group during the visit. If for any reason you need to stop the visit, a guide will bring you back to the entrance.

·     Minors under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.

·     The visit does not present any difficulties, however the ascent of the approximately 400 steps of the bell tower requires a discreet physical effort which must be evaluated subjectively. The visit is therefore not recommended for people suffering from heart problems, vertigo or claustrophobia.

·     The organization is not responsible for events or damages resulting from individual failure to comply with the recommended safety standards.

·     We recommend comfortable shoes, long pants for the climb and a camera to take beautiful photo memories!

·     Bulky bags or backpacks are a hindrance, so we encourage you to bring small bags to keep during your visit.

·     The climb is NOT ALLOWED for children under 6 years of age.

·     It is prohibited to lean over the balustrades or railings, pass under the larger bells or strike them with any object.

·     It is strictly forbidden to damage the tower stones in any way.

·     Do not eat or drink in site spaces.

·     Dogs are not allowed to enter in the site.
